Operational Flow

A. Initial contact with client & introductory briefing
Our consultants will meet the client to have a comprehensive understanding of the background of the client company, which will include the development history, the company culture & management style, the China operations etc. We will discuss with the client the Job Description & Personal Qualification of the required position and will study the industry information, product lines, organization structure, reporting systems of the client. We will provide the client with information of its services.

B. Prepare the executive search proposal
We will have internal meetings to analyze all the information provided by the client Market survey will be carried out to gather necessary information of the target position. An executive search proposal will be finalized. Presentation of the executive search proposal to the client. Amendment and approval of the executive search proposal.

C.Signing the contract and client need pay the related service deposit afterwards.

D. Commencement of the talent search
Search in our computerized database Our computerized database comprises personal files of various levels of professionals. Most of the them are well educated people with rich professional experience in foreign-invested companies or state-owned companies. Some of the talents in our database hold foreign passports and wish to seek international career exposure in Shanghai or in other parts of China. Take advantage of our wide business contacts in the related industry. Contact our consultants in foreign invested enterprises. We enjoy close relationship with people of different expertise from these companies: management personnel, middle level managers, senior technical staff etc. Take advantage of our search channels outside Shanghai from its establishment, We has been making efforts to expand its business to other parts of China. It has established search channels in Beijing, Guangzhou and major cities in China. Advertising in the Media (at the client's request) Compile the first-round candidate list and interview the selected candidates. First round interview evaluation and selection. Compile the candidate shortlist.

E. Interview of the shortlisted candidates
Client's selection from the shortlisted candidates. Arrange interview for the client. Interview by the client and interview feedback. Prepare for the second round of interview. (If necessary)

F. Offering letter preparing and presentation
discuss the offering package with the client. Present the candidate with the offer. Acceptance of the offer.

H. Prepare the candidate for the new post
Assist the candidate to finalize his/her resignation. Keep in touch with the candidate after his/her reporting to the new position.

I. Contract termination and client pay the rest service fee once.
